Today I am going out to buy Christmas decor I thought Michaels than stopped and went to hobby lobby where they always honor there coupons at the register. Instead you lost sales base on a policy, which I feel you should change. What does it really cost your company a coupon, great customer service. If you want my business go the extra step to make me and your customer want to come back. I just did not think this was good customer service. I return everything and took my business else where. I really have no intensions of shopping your store again. I really think your company could rethink this coupon offer, if its out there you should honor it by having a scan bar at all registers. I had the Retail me not app but there was such a long line I didnt want anyone else to have to wait. I didnt feel like dropping everything going home to get my coupon, so I could waste more time standing in line. I ask the cashier or sales person if your company honor the coupon that was out. ![]() ![]() Was in shopping last week I purchase nearly 100.000 when i got to the register I realized I left my coupon at home.
